Bellavista Holiday apartment is located first line to the beach. From the large balcony, you have breathtaking views of the sea - almost as if you were sitting on deck of a ship. You can even see Gibraltar and Africa on most days. Enjoy amazing sunrises and moon rises glittering on the sea and watch the fisher boats. The apartment is located 6 km from the port of Estepona. There is a promenade right in front of the apartment from where you can walk to Duquesa port 5.4 km via Sabinillas 4.2 km heading west or head west towards Estepona.

The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed (160x180), built-in cupboards and a ceiling fan. It Bellavista has air-conditioning and a gas fireplace.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet with a handheld bidet shower.

The living room has a large comfortable sofa with chaise lounge and electric seating, so you can put your feet up whilst watching TV or simply enjoy the views to the sea and read a book.

There is a kitchenette with 2-hob induction, small fridge/freezer, Espresso machine, Toaster, Microwave and a table oven with air-fryer and grill function.

The terrace has glass curtains, so you can open them as you wish. There is a comfortable sofa with standing lamp and a dining table for 2 as well as a ceiling fan for hot summer days.

There is community parking in front of the property, but no pool ! The apartment is located on the second and top floor with no elevator. It is a lovely area and Mercadona, ALDI supermarket are just a short drive away. Across the A7 you have a great Thai restaurant and soon opening up an Italian restaurant.
